Coronary Bypass

A patient-facing medical explainer that uses clear type, controlled pacing, and diagrammatic motion to make a complex procedure easier to understand.

I designed the piece so the information could be read from a distance in a hospital room or up close on a phone. I kept the anatomy and bypass motion deliberately simple, pairing large type and clear panels with the voiceover so the sequence still works without sound. Once the medical explanation eased, I introduced the city scene and a little more visual texture to give the piece room to breathe.
